DIFFERENT CLEANSES/DETOXES:

All-liquid cleanse/detox: Our all liquid Succo Vita cleanse/detox includes only our organic, cold-pressed juices. In between our juices you are to stay hydrated by drinking the following: plain water, lemon water, decaffeinated tea with honey, unsalted homemade vegetable broth, and vegan protein shakes. These juice cleanses are usually best for those with prior cleansing experience.

Liquid and raw food cleanse/detox: Our liquid and raw cleanse is best for those newer to cleansing, individuals who require more energy, or those who want a more gentle experience. This cleanse/detox includes our organic, cold-pressed juices. In between our juices you are to stay hydrated by drinking the following: plain water, lemon water,decaffeinated tea with honey, unsalted homemade vegetable broth and vegan protein shakes. To help sustain your energy you can eat raw foods such as: fresh organic fruits and vegetables, nuts and salads with homemade lemon/olive oil dressing. Many customers begin with this moderate Succo Vita Cleanse/Detox.

Which is for me??

There’s no right or wrong answer when it comes to the length of your cleanse. Just take into consideration how much time you can set aside to achieve your goal. A longer cleanse will provide a more thorough detoxification for your body. If you generally eat a healthy diet, a 1 day cleanse can be the nutrient-packed punch you need to boost your energy and feel great. We recommend a 3 day, 5 day, or 7 day cleanse for those truly looking to see and feel results along with cleansing their entire system.

ABOUT TO START A DETOX?

1-2 days before your detox remove the following from your diet: Alcohol, nicotine, street drugs, caffeine, all dairy, any animal flesh, processed sugar and processed foods.

DETOX DIRECTIONS:

Every morning start your day with ROOM TEMPERATURE WATER. Room temperature water is best to avoid shocking the stomach first thing in the morning. Feel free to add fresh lemon juice to it. This helps with weight loss.

For BREAKFAST have a Succo Vita juice of your choice. The recommended juices for the morning are: Pineapple Twist, Go Green, Caribbean Breeze and Spicy Hawaiian as they help target digestion & weightloss.

*(Remember the Cough Medicine listed on our menu serves as a detox drink too. It has the same ingredients as the Spicy Hawaiian. You can drink it like the other juices.)*

For LUNCH have a Succo Vita juice and REPEAT FOR DINNER.

IN BETWEEN breakfast, lunch & dinner STAY HYDRATED with: water, non-caffeinated tea, or unsalted homemade vegetable broth.

THINGS TO AVOID DURING DETOX:

Alcohol, nicotine, street drugs, caffeine, all dairy, any animal flesh, processed sugar and processed foods.

IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER:

Keep stress levels low, exercise (low to moderate – no extreme workouts), sleep and rest well.

Avoid eating food if possible but stick to a RAW FOOD DIET (the list of foods we have provided below) if: you feel like your sugar is low, you feel shaky, nauseated, have a headache/migraine, or feel weak. These symptoms may be a sign that you need to eat solid foods to maintain your energy levels.
